On the Change of the Budget Classification Code for Advance Payments

In accordance with the budget classification of federal budget revenues, approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, from January 1, 2022, the Budget Classification Code (BCC) for advance payments has been changed.

From January 1, 2022, advance payments must be made with the indication of the BCC 153 1 10 09000 01 1000 110 “Advance payments against future customs and other payments (amount of payment (recalculations, underpayments, and arrears on the corresponding payment, including the canceled one).
