Experiment on labeling of medical devices - from February 15

On February 15, 2022, an experiment on labeling certain types of medical devices began, which will last until February 28, 2023.

The list of labeled products and the procedure for conducting the experiment are determined by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 137 dated 09.02.2022

Participation in the experiment is voluntary, and the results will help to make a decision on the feasibility of introducing mandatory labeling of medical devices.

Marking is offered:

• coronary stents;
• hearing aids (except parts and accessories);
• decontaminators-air purifiers (including bactericidal decontaminators and air recirculates);
• orthopedic shoes;
• computer tomographs;
• and others medical products.
