The Ministry of Industry and Trade forms a list of products for which regulation is regulated
In order to implement the Conformity assessment procedure, the Government of the Russian Federation has taken a number of systemic measures aimed at preventing shortages of goods.
The standard procedure for Conformity assessment by an accredited certification body or testing laboratory from March 21, 2022 can be replaced by a simplified one.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has the authority to form a list of priority products for the domestic industry, which, if necessary, will retain the previous format of regulation.
To date, a draft order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade has been developed – On approval of the list of products in respect of which the provisions of paragraph 6 of Appendix No. 18 to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2022 No. 353 “On the features of licensing activities in the Russian Federation in 2022” do not apply.
You can get acquainted with the current version of the text of the draft on the website of the Federal Portal of Projects of Regulatory Legal Acts.
The measure in the form of excluding especially important products from the scope of Decree No. 353, proposed by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, will ensure that such products comply with the necessary safety requirements while maintaining all the necessary procedures.
