Extension of the list of products not subject to simplified declaration of conformity

On July 5, 2022, the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 2055 of 05/24/2022 was officially published, this order established an expanded list of products for which the rules of simplified registration do not apply, according to paragraph 6 of Annex No. 18 to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 353 of March 12, 2022 “On the specifics of Licensing activities in the Russian Federation In 2022”.

Woodworking machines, metalworking, cutting tools, including: Cutters, cutters, abrasive tools;

Conveyors;

Extension cords;

Car spare parts, including: pads, brake discs, belts and airbags;

Fire safety equipment and systems;

Finishing and facing materials.

The full list of Goods with the indication of HS codes is established by the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia dated 25.03.2012 No. 1003.
