Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 3898 dated 14.09.2022
By order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 3898 dated September 14, 2022, a list of products was published that is not subject to the simplified declaration procedure.
This order has been adopted to replace Order No. 1003 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2022 “On approval of the list of products indicating the codes of the unified Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, in respect of which the provisions of paragraph 6 of Appendix No. 18 to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2022 do not apply g. N 353 "On the features of licensing activities in the Russian Federation in 2022", which became invalid from 09/01/2022.
The new order duplicates the list of products established earlier. From the main positions, it is possible to distinguish:
- Pyrotechnic products;
- Elevators;
- Weapons and ammunition
- Cement;
- Toys designed for children;
- Engines and components of wheeled vehicles;
- Finishing and facing materials;
- Fire safety equipment.
This order is valid until September 1, 2023.
